Join A Thriving Community of Emerging Leaders

The two forces of spiritual decline and a shrinking leadership pipeline make this the right time for an initiative like Ascend. Here are four ways to help build it.

Four Ways to Engage in Ascend Leadership

01

Serve as a Mentor or Group Coach

As a Mentor, you'll have a small group of 3 to 4 emerging leaders (Mentees) you go deep with, available as needed over a meal, a call, or a text, sharing your experience and helping them work through personal, professional, and spiritual questions. Mentors also lead quarterly Spiritual Board of Advisors meetings and attend as many of the 8 yearly cohort meetings as possible.

Group Coaches take on all Mentor responsibilities plus lead the cohort itself: running the 8 yearly meetings, leading content discussions, and keeping communication flowing. Each full cohort is built around one Group Coach and 2 to 3 Mentors.

02

Invite or Sponsor an Emerging Leader

If you know an emerging leader, ages 18-35, in your company or church with a foundation of Christian faith, invite them into the program. It's an investment in their future and in the future of your organization.

03

Serve as a Sponsor or Investor

Help financially underwrite participants through a tax-deductible investment. The full program cost is $2,500 per participant per year across a two-year program. Sponsorships start with as little as a $1,000 investment.

Become an Ascend Group Member

If you're a young or emerging Christian leader in the first 10 to 12 years of your career, Ascend gives you a personal mentor, a committed cohort of 6 to 12 peers, and a proven two-year curriculum to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually. See what membership asks of you below.

Sponsorship Levels

Every sponsorship dollar helps a young Christian leader participate who couldn't otherwise afford the full investment.

Program Support

$1,000 helps underwrite program expenses such as printed materials, food for cohort meetings, and other day-to-day costs of running Ascend.

Individual Sponsor

$2,500 underwrites one participant for a year. Each cohort has 10 to 12 participants.

Corporate Sponsor

$10,000 per year (8 available). Helps underwrite Ascend's marketing, programming, and day-to-day operating budget. Includes participation at semi-annual events, a presentation slot at one to two Ascend sessions per year, and mentor or guide sessions with Ascend participants as needed.
